كيف امسح اسمي من truecaller ؟

سؤال يسأله الكثير من مستخدمي برنامج الإتصال الشهير تروكولر لعرض بيانات المتصل عن طريق قاعددة بياناته الضخمة والتي تضم ملايين الأسماء وأرقام الهواتف بالاضافة لمعرفة العنوان وإسم الشركة التابع لها صاحب الرقم إذا كان يعمل في شركة وكذلك معرفة البريد الإليكتروني.

وقد قمنا سابقاً بشرح طريقة معرفة المتصل بك من رقم مجهول بثلاث طرق مختلفة عبر مدوتنا تكنو عربي ولكن للأسف الشديد فإن بعض الناس يستخدمون تلك البيانات أسوأ إستخدام لمضايقة الآخرين مثل المعاكسات أو الإبتزاز المفرط أو التهديد ولذلك سوف أقدم لكم طريقة إخفاء أو إزالة الرقم والإسم من برنامج تروكولر بشكل صحيح من خلال هذا الموضوع وكذلك توضيح كيفية حذف تروكولر من هاتفك بشكل صحيح إذا كنت لا ترغب في إستخدامه مجدداً.

إذا كنت ترغب في إزالة إسمك ورقمك وجميع بياناتك من تروكولر فلا بد من تعطيل حسابك الخاص في البرنامج أولاً حتى تتمكن من حذف كل البيانات بشكل صحيح من التطبيق!

أولاً: كيف يمكنك تعطيل حسابك في ترو كولر؟

قبل أن تبدأ في تعطيل حساب تروكولر الخاص بك عليك معرفة أنه سيتم الإحتفاظ بجميع بياناتك أي أنها ستكون مُسجَّلة ولكنك لن تكون قادراً على تعديلها أو تغييرها في حالة إذا كان حسابك مُعطَّلاً.

لتعطيل حساب Truecaller إتبع الخطوات التالية:-

1) إفتح التطبيق ثم إختر من أعلى القائمة (ثلاث خطوط أفقية صغيرة) خيار إعدادات settings.

2) إضغط على آخر إختيار (حول About).

3) إختر من الأسفل خيار (تعطيل الحساب Deactivate account) ستنبثق لك نافذة للتأكيد إضغط على Yes.

وكما ذكرنا فإنه بعد تعطيل تروكولر لن تستطيع إجراء أي تعديلات على حسابك وستبقى جميع بياناتك موجودة بخادم الشركة وستظهر بياناتك لأي شخص يقوم بالبحث عنك.

ثانياً: كيف يمكنك حذف اسمك من تروكولر ؟

لإزالة رقم من تروكولر نهائياً قم بالدخول إلى هذا الرابط [Unlist] وسيعرض لك نموذجاً كما بالصورة التالية:

  • ضع رقمك الخاص ولا تنسى إضافة مفتاح دولتك مبتدءاً بعلامة “+” فعلى سبيل المثال إذا كان الرقم مصرياً فيتم كتابته على الصورة التالية (20123456789+) وإذا كان الرقم سعودياً فيتم كتابته على الصورة التالية (96613123456789+).
  • إذا كنت لا تعرف مفتاح دولتك فيمكنك معرفته من خلال زيارة هذا الرابط [موقع معرفة مفاتيح الدول] الذي يضم جميع مفاتيح الدول.
  • بعد كتابة الرقم قم بالضغط على المربع المُشَار إليه بالسهم للتأكد أنك لست برنامجاً وبعدها إضغط على “حذف الرقم” وبهذا تكون قد قُمت بإزالة رقمك نهائياً من خادم شركة برنامج تروكولر، ولن يتم العثور على أي بيانات عن رقمك إذا قام أحدهم بالبحث عنك إلا إذا قمت بتسجيل رقمك مجدداً في ترو كولر.
